Retail price varies from region to region so it is best to ask your local AD. In Japan retail is about 2,000,000 Yen.
I would not put much stock in the limited numbers thing.
I think many other J*D enthusiasts will tell you that 88 piece LE means very little...this SHOULD NOT be big factor in purchase.
First you have to like the montone/starkness of the Noir piece compared to the stainless steel version which has more visual contrast between the case and the orange luminous hands.
More importantly you need to touch the case and see if you like the PVD coating.
The SW case is intricate and it tends to pick up a bit more dirt so if you like your watch to look brand new all the time be ready to spend a few minutes cleaning it each month. It will require a lot more than a simple wipe down with a nice cloth. Also check and make sure the PVD coating does not pick up fingerprints easy and if it does makes sure it is easy to wipe off.
