Vacheron & Constantin Chronograph, Ref. 4072 in Pink Gold
Vintage Vacheron chronographs, with their elegant aesthetics extremely fine execution, are among my favorite of all wristwatches made between the 1940s and 1960s. This ref. 4072 dates to 1950, and measures 35 mm in diameter and houses the Vacheron cal. V492.
Note the slender and very fine faceted pink gold hour markers...
