Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Chronograph, Ref. 3990
Identical to the ref. 3970, the now-discontinued ref. 3990 was Patek's first perpetual chrono set with diamonds. The bezel is fitted with 40 "Top Wesselton" quality baguette-shape diamonds weighing approx. 2.8 carats. The original, matching black dial is fitted with 10 round brilliant hour markers at 1 to 5 o'clock and 7 to 11 o'clock. and a baguette at 12 o'clock. The watch is fresh from an overhaul at Patek, and remains in its sealed bag from the factory.
