Im a newbie and a long-time lurker.

and.......

I am the proud, elated owner of the very first New 2010 Submariner sold in North America purchased yesterday at Rolex in Century City, Los Angeles.

Rolex, Los Angeles is the first location to receive the new subs in all of North America at approx 2PM yesterday.

They received 4.

I purchased the first one at 2:30 and they told me I'm literally the first person on the continent to have it.

It's awesome and gigantic and you dont realize until you do a side by side comparison with the old sub how different it is.

only thing i dont like is the black ceramic bezel is not as black as the old painted one and looks greyer.

Price was $7250 for those curious.
