新买的GO有附CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY和GUARANTEE CARD，即所谓出生纸和保证书。还有一份“EXCERPT FROM MASTER REGISTRY“的文件大家有没有向GO索取？只要你提供你的腕表编号及购买之处，你就会得到这份文件------中文为“所有人登记摘要”。从这份文件中你可以得到许多有用信息，建议大家索取

这份文件和PP的“EXTRACT FROM THE ARCHIVES”------中文为“档案摘录”------的性质一样，PP这份文件漂亮啊，不过要收100瑞士法郎，而GO是免费的。

举例说明：

发e-mail至 info@glashuette-original.com （也可访问http://www.glashuette-original.com/，登记自己，从GO网页上发信息）
简单内容：
dear sir,
i just bought a new 18k rosegold panograph（你的腕表品名或编号）, the case no. is xxxxx. i got the information from the guid book that i can have a certification from G.O. factory with a small fee.
what should i do?!
